CAP Consulting Group
NY Metro, Atlanta, London
CAP Consulting helps clients achieve sustained growth.
Only 20% of large and mid-size companies achieve sustained
growth, year after year. What separates the best from the rest is a growth mindset, one that is tuned
to consistently envision and realize growth opportunities. The best companies approach growth as
entrepreneurs do. Rather than the traditional control mindset we help companies adopt a
discovery mindset. The proprietary tool kit we use to enable companies to change their approach
to growth is Critical Assumption Planning (CAP). Introduced to dozens of companies since 1990, CAP
enables companies to think bigger and execute faster when pursuing growth programs.
