Arie Brish

Mr. Brish is a senior high tech executive and entrepreneur, with over 25 years experience leading technology organizations. Arie's career is unique in the breadth of his expertise. His business acumen includes operations, marketing, research & development, and P&L general management in a wide variety of technologies. Mr. Brish has a strong background in microprocessors, microcontrollers, DSPs, networking, EDA, software, IT, and content integration.

Mr. Brish helped found several technology start-up organizations:
National Semiconductor Israel, Motorola Semiconductor Israel, Motorola's DSP Core Technology Center , Conformative Systems, cxo360, and VENewNet.

While at Motorola, Mr. Brish led multiple sales and market share growth stories. He drove microcontroller sales from $288M to $710M in four years (250% increase) while advancing market share from #4 to #1. Mr. Brish also grew DSP sales in the networking space from $128M to $236M in 3 years that resulted in a market share growth of 6%.

Mr. Brish has executed multiple operational challenges and new programs including taking a concept, managing the development, market introduction, and manufacturing launch to achieve greater than $20M in sales during first year of production. He's also led a major cost reduction project that achieved 24% cost reduction in two years, and his leadership in a quality improvement effort resulted a 10X improvement in field quality incidents.

Co-founding Conformative Systems in 2002, Mr. Brish was a key contributor to its $6.5M funding event. While at Motorola, he raised total of $135M, for multiple projects. Mr. Brish also founded cxo360, an investment consulting firm, and has been engaged in multiple fund raising projects, and due diligence projects for investors as well as start-up companies. He is currently the CEO of Tehuti Networks, a fabless semiconductor company in the networking space.

He holds a BSEE from Ben Gurion University , an MBA from Tel Aviv University , and multiple leadership and executive training programs at Motorola University .
