Brad Sinrod
Brad Sinrod is a consultant to software,
services and data publishing businesses. He specializes
in strategic planning, business development, capital-raising
and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for growth stage
companies.
In 1997, Brad Sinrod co-founded IPO.COM, Inc., an online
financial services provider. He raised over $10.5 million
in venture capital and served as CEO. Brad drove the
business through a period of explosive growth, securing
over 150 business development contracts and helping
the company become the leader of its market. In 2000,
the company refocused its business by forming an NASD
registered broker-dealer subsidiary, which became the
primary driver of revenue. In 2001, Brad helped IPO.COM
reach break-even and exited the business. He is currently
active with several early stage firms as an investor,
advisor and part-time executive.
Prior to starting IPO.COM, Brad was
Marketing Manager for Echo Data Services where he managed
sales, marketing and PR for a software services and
e-commerce firm. He is a graduate of Hamilton College
and is currently enrolled in the Penn State M.B.A. program.
Brad lives in Gladwyne, PA with his wife and two children.
