David P. Woodall

David Woodall brings more than 25 years of experience in defining and driving successful strategies for growth in companies ranging from start-ups to established firms with over $400MM in worldwide sales. Mr. Woodall's proven ability to lead change and stimulate market capture in organizations stems from years of focus on defining competitive advantage and then implementing it at a tactical level.

Following successful careers in senior Sales and Marketing positions with the Information Systems and Networking divisions of Motorola and Racal Electronics' Mr. Woodall assumed broad, General Management responsibilities for high-growth networking leader Ascom-Timeplex, heading their international operations as well as the worldwide service provider and multinational enterprise markets. Also a 3-time successful President/CEO for early-stage companies in the integration, IT infrastructure and applications software markets, he has recruited and led world-class management teams multiple times.

Extensive international experience gives Mr. Woodall a truly global market perspective. Having established multiple independent companies and subsidiary offices in more than a dozen countries in Asia, Europe and Latin America, he has also run companies directly and lived for periods of time in three different countries.

A strong operational manager accustomed to maintaining tight fiscal controls, Mr. Woodall has raised substantial private equity for multiple firms, is familiar with the IPO process, and has considerable M&A experience, having sold two high-growth technology firms and completed acquisitions of two others. Mr. Woodall is able to bring critical management support for preparation and execution of private equity financings as well as key acquisitions and strategic sales.

Mr. Woodall's current areas of concentration are providing strategic focus and positioning for maximum competitive advantage, as well as business modeling and resource planning to turn strategic vision into concrete and realizable tactical implementation. Sales acceleration, assessment, and assistance with channel development including strategic and technology partnerships are areas of particular strength.

Mr. Woodall holds both B.A. and M.B.A degrees.
