David P. Woodall
David Woodall is an international business leader with extensive background in communication networking technologies and customer service. He brings over 25 years experience in converged communications (data/voice/video), networking systems and application software in both established firms and early-stage companies.
Mr. Woodall has held senior Marketing and Product Management roles in communication networking divisions of Motorola and Racal Electronics as well as General Management responsibilities for high-growth global networking leader Timeplex. He has also headed global Business Development and Alliance Partnership efforts for unified communications and contact center market leader Avaya. In addition, Mr. Woodall has also served as a 4-time successful President/CEO at turnkey international network integrator Datacraft Americas (acq. by Dimension Data); application/infrastructure performance management leader and INC 500 company Trinagy (acq. by Hewlett Packard); Business Service Impact software innovator Fidelia (acq.by Network General); and Red Herring 100 leader Qovia, an IP Telephony/Video monitoring and service reporting company (acq.by Cisco).
A strong operational manager accustomed to maintaining tight fiscal controls, he has recruited and led world-class management teams multiple times. His extensive experience expanding systems and software businesses in the U.S. and international markets through strategic relationships and customer services expansion has yielded successful business models and consistent revenue growth over years.
Mr. Woodall’s current areas of concentration are providing strategic focus and positioning for maximum competitive advantage, operational effectiveness, and assistance with channel development including strategic and technology partnerships.
Mr. Woodall holds both B.A. and M.B.A. degrees and lives in Princeton, New Jersey.
