Jeyadev Parthasarathy is a highly experienced executive with more than 20 years of experience. His firm, Footprints (www.footprintsindia.net), is a leading executive search and management consulting firm based in New Delhi, India, and a member of the Threshold Network. Mr. Parthasarathy has deep experience in sales and marketing for IT Services firms, including sales positions at HCL and Wipro Infotech, and is an expert on the emerging business process outsourcing (BPO) market in India.

Mr. Parthasarathy is the founder and CEO of Footprints, an executive search firm with a specific focus on the rapidly growing Indian business process outsourcing (BPO) sector. The company’s roster of clients includes a host of industry leaders, such as GE Capital, Morgan Stanley, Barings, UBS, DLJ, Barclays BZW, Lazard, American Express, Spectramind, Motorola, Turner International, and e-Serve International (Citicorp), among numerous others.

Prior to Footprints, Mr. Parthasarathy served as Chief Executive Officer of Quadrangle, an executive search organization serving financial services companies and early stage firms in the Indian market. While with Quadrangle, he architected a merger with Info Edge India Pvt. Ltd., which managed India's largest employment website (Naukri.com), positioning the combined company as an industry leader. While with Quadrangle, he also launched Quadrangle Consulting Services Private Limited, a human resources consulting services division offering services in business process outsourcing, ESOP, Performance Management Systems, Job Evaluation systems, and restructuring.

Previously, Mr. Parthasarathy founded the Indian operations of one of the first international executive search firms to enter the country. As Country Head for Executive Access (I) Pvt. Ltd., he grew the company into a leading executive search firm in India, a position it continues to hold. Over a three year period, he built and managed a team of twelve consultants that executed over 50 successful senior management search assignments. Mr. Parthasarathy created and executed the company’s strategy of focusing on Senior Management searches in the Financial Services, Media, Technology, and Telecommunications sectors.

Mr. Parthasarathy is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded several successful companies in UPS and inverter manufacturing. His ventures include Technology Office Interiors and Image Management Studies Institute, both of which continue in operation today.

Mr. Parthasarathy is a management graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur in India, and holds a BA in Mathematics from St. Stephens College, University of Delhi.
