Nathan Shivakumar

Nathan Shivakumar is a successful entrepreneur and a seasoned executive, with a strong background in mergers & acquisitions, organizational planning & strategy, team building, and execution of strategic plans.

In a career spanning more than 25 years, Nathan has held top management positions and leadership roles in various organizations in the US, India, and Far East. Currently a Management Consultant and Engagement Partner with Threshold Partners, Mr. Shivakumar most recently served as the President of ICICI Infotech, a leading IT services firm based in India. In this role, he laid the foundation for ICICI Infotech’s entry into the North American IT services market, and led the company’s growth to US$ 40 million in annual revenues, executed principally through strategic acquisitions.

Previously, Mr. Shivakumar founded and successfully grew Ivory Consulting Group to a US$12 million (annual revenue) organization specializing in IT services. Ivory was well known for its ethical values, strong principles, and people-centric practices. Ivory was acquired by ICICI Infotech.

Mr. Shivakumar has taught management at many prestigious business schools in India. He is an active member of many socio-cultural and charitable foundations in the United States and India.

Mr. Shivakumar holds a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from University of Madras.
