Satyen Harve is a Senior Information Technology / Business Management Executive with over 20 years experience in blending corporate strategy and execution, product management, strategic marketing, technology and business development for leading-edge technology organizations. Satyen is a strong leader whose strengths lie in building and managing organizations of dynamic and successful teams delivering to the strategic vision. He has created and managed outsourcing relationships as well as offshore teams located in UK and India.

Satyen has worked in various capacities and functions. He has successfully managed the turnaround of an outsourcing relationship with Cingular Wireless for Call Sciences Inc. in New Jersey. As Executive Vice President for a start-up in California, Satyen assisted in developing the business strategy including implementation, marketing and technology resources and relationships needed to offer global broadband connectivity, incubation and data center services to Fortune 500 clients.

As Vice President, Americas, Satyen created the “go-to-market” strategy and managed the day-to-day Operations, Business Development, Client Management and Customer Acquisition for an Outsourced Quality Consulting services company.

Satyen earlier was responsible for creation and management of a global solutions delivery organization located in the US, India and Southeast Asia, providing Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Analytics, Mobile, Web and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) outsourced solutions to the pharmaceutical and consumer package goods industries.

Prior to this, Satyen worked at Digital Equipment Corporation as Country Manager for Technical Sales providing technical solutions to customers, direct sales and channel partners. He was instrumental in conceptualization and setting up of a Center of Excellence for Digital in Bangalore to provide critical technical expertise in Data Warehousing, Telecom, Networking, ERP and High Performance Computing for the entire Asia Pacific geography.

Satyen holds a Certificate in Business Administration from University of California at Berkeley, a Masters in Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and Bachelors in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India.

Satyen has participated as a speaker in various international conferences including CyberCity, COMDEX, MAIT and at an Intenet Technology trade fair in San Jose CA. Satyen is a member of the New Jersey Technology Council and is a participant in the IT/Software Group Advisory Board. Satyen has participated in the Advisory Board to the Department of Computer Science, New Jersey Institute of Technology.
